I am a business client of Desjardins in Quebec, and I wanted to open an account in US as I am expending my business to Florida. After 2 weeks of waiting, they refused to open an account without explanation. The only explanation they gave me is that the management refused my application, and they don’t have to provide any explanation. AVOID DESJARDINS USE BMO!!!

Since October 2021 trying to speak to a mortgage representative. Even my advisor at Desjardins in Quebec cannot get the information. Now that I am selling my seaside condo, it is not reassuring to transfer the amount of the sale there pending my next purchase. Really disappointed

No, only in Hallandale, Pompano and Boynton but you can do mobile deposits if you have an account here or zelle if you need to deposit funds into an account here.
