Virginia was great at helping me with starting a new account. I went to another chase trying to start a new account, they said I need an appointment. I went to this location and asked to start a new account I was told the same thing, Virginia told me I can make an account online something I didn’t know. How simple but greatly appreciated. Virginia you’re the best😁

Horrible service, customer service in this location is awful. It’s like no one wants to work or help. Always with a. Negative answer. From the lady on the teller line which I think her name is Virginia to the bankers. Tried opening a business account and there was always a pushback never a positive answer or interest on solving my banking problems. Have been a customer for more than 10 years and this is by far the worse experience.

Went in to open an account...No one and I mean no one other than the 4 bankers and myself.Asked me to sit and I waited for about 15 minutes (no one came in) .Finally someone came up and said...they are all busy and that I needed to make an appointment. As I left you could hear the crickets as it was still empty when I left.
