This is my go-to bike shop! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I've taken my CAAD12 for repairs and they always take good care of me! They helped pick out and install my powermeter and have helped adjust any gear shift issues my bike has. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I walked in to ask if they do bike repairs. A simple yes or no question. I understand helping another customer, but some customers just want to ask something really quick to come back later. Both times I tried to ask a question, I was given a finger and told to give them a minute, which was rude.

Today the shop didn’t open due to the tropical storm. But we will resume normal business hours tomorrow tuesday.
