Do NOT get service or remodel your pool here. Dirk is the most dishonest crooked person ever. He does deals and contracts off the books and doesn’t follow through with contract agreement. He over charges, sends people to my house without my knowledge and permission.

The service tech would go to the property and would not service the pool. I had to call every week to the store because the pool wasn’t cleaned or no chemicals were put in. The service tech would say he had gone to the property. I have cameras and the service tech would either not go or not do anything. After canceling the service with pinch a penny, I called another pool service company and the pool had black algae all around the tile border of the pool.

Was called in for interview, drove 45 minutes to be interviewed. Upon arrival was told position was filled without even begin interviewed, then saw position was open again 2 days later. Feels like company was just lying about position being filled.

Heads up, avoid Bryan the Assistant Manager- dishonest individual. He will tell you that the discount is applied, and it was not, check your receipts BEFORE leaving. Also, make sure he enters your phone number so you get the credit you deserve, don’t believe him like I did “I’ll fix it next time, I promise” I have never had a problem with Andy or anyone else in that store, always treated them like trusted neighbors, this one is not to be trusted. It is not about the $$ it is about saving the annoyance for my fellow neighbors.
