The buying experience at H&H Kia was the easiest no pressure car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman, Sam Sadiq, was knowledgeable and good natured. We custom ordered a Telluride and when the order was taking longer due to supply chain and demand issues, he informed us about another similar Telluride that was coming in that net our needs and secured it for us. Love the Telluride, best vehicle I have owned.

Chris our sales person was very professional . This was my daughter's first new car purchase. Chris walked both her and myself through, on the availability of the car she was looking for. He found one coming in the next few weeks. It turned out it came in two weeks earlier and my daughter was super excited. He made a few after purchase follow up calls. Even John the sales manager was involved calling my daughter when it arrived. Both were great to work with. I feel they will have a returning customer. Second time with in a year that purchased a KIA. This time I had Sam as my salesperson. Just as impressed as I was with Chris. Thanks HH KIA

Steve and Ruban were amazing! Fell in love with our new car so quick! They took great care of us! Steve really knows how to treat his customers- so great! UPDATE... had to drop my score. Out of nowhere a crack appeared while I was at yoga class and ended up taking over the whole front windshield. Took my car in on Sept 28th to get a new windshield after at least a couple of weeks being on back order. I was naive and thought my car wild be ready same day and also was not told turnaround time. Quite a few texts of waiting to hear progress on my car, I finally was told on October 3rd "sent the vehicle back to the shop that we do all the windshield replacements with because the seal around the windshield was not done correctly, so he sent it back to be done correctly." Finally October 6th the vehicle is ready to be picked up. I go pick it up and there's glass on the seat, crumbs in the cup holder (I don't eat in my car), dusty and kinda dirty. I'm very grateful for Alex in service but that's about it since my car was given back to me pretty gross and unsafe (the shattered glass). Alex did vacuum it up right away but how did the guy driving my car not notice AND not fill up my car with gas after 1.5 weeks.

most kias are made in korea, but some are made here in the u.s.
They get the service done pretty quickly. I would say best to have an appointment tho then will be done pretty fast. That was my experience.
Good question, to be honest anyone I had dealings with was overly hopeful and kind. I have allways been treated with 10+ service.
