Staff was excellent and caring but parking is an episode of The Twilight Zone. Driving in circles to find floor 3. When leaving I put my ticket in the slot. The unhelpful attendant insisted I did not enter my ticket and charged me $16.00. I was there for under 2 hours. THAT HURT I'll never use the Oak Park facilities again.

Visited after someone bit me && the provider who saw me, Eric Roberts, was so thorough from the x-ray review to the numbing&cleaning! Thank you! Only qualm; I asked the medical assistant if there was parking validation, she says ‘no you get 90mins”. She then glances at the clock and says ‘yea you still gotta couple minutes’. I get to the exit gate: ‘please insert $2’…..🧐🙅🏽‍♀️idgaf if it asked for a penny—I called gate assistance who (also asked for my validation) but let me right through for free. Because WHY TF SHE BLATANTLY LIE🤦🏽‍♀️ owner, review your staff. I’d want employees with integrity—credentials can be purchased.

Do not go here. The staff is a joke and extremely rude and insensitive to patients in intense pain. I was laughed at, and confronted for being “irate” and was told to “calm down” even though I was sitting there crying with a broken ankle needing an X-ray. The technician demanding an apology for my attitude. Doesn’t belong in medical care dealing with sick and hurt people. EDIT: I really hope this Nurse Practitioner was let go, I can see the reviews have gotten better.
