Cotner Barber Shop is like stepping back in time a half century. The barber says he's been cutting hair in Bethany community for 55 years. When I was there today 5 white-haired men were cutting or waiting to be cut (including me) And the all-male conversations were just like what I've heard for decades. True to form, the owner requires cash or check... no plastic. I've very pleased with all aspects of Cotner Barber Shop, including the haircut.
