First let me start with a quote from the owner herself from her very poorly made website. “Our family has put together a dream to help your family​​ make new memories to last a life time.​ Our most important goal is: "To Make Princess Dream Come True"​​​​“ **I do believe instead of dream it should be changed to nightmare.** A very dear and close friend of mine recently had a wedding here and had nothing but terrible things to say about the experience. The lady(Patty McDonald, Owner) who is typing about making dreams come true for brides did the complete opposite on my friends wedding night. She not only had a scowl on her face the entire night(extremely off putting) but also made several inappropriate and disrespect comments numerous times throughout the night and was found snooping around the bridal suite when left unattended(claims she was cleaning). She was also disrespectful to those helping serve food and even cut the bartender an hour earlier than the contract was paid for(breach of contract). My friend left her wedding in tears. And not ones of joy. They say don’t judge a book by it’s cover and that’s 100% true here. Looks are nothing when the owner makes the experience down right ugly.

Upon arrival the venue was absolutely beautiful and if I lived in the area it would have been at the top of my book for venues. HOWEVER I would have declined immediately had I know how rude the owner was. The wedding I attended May 7, 2022 was for my cousin. The owner could care less that there was a WEDDING going on! She started a conversation with me at one point to then have no interested when I would reply to her comments. She would start looking at the time and all around the venue and then change the subject so I just ended the conversation. She walked around looking angry all night long and before everybody could finish eating she started picking up the decorative plates off of the tables. Her and the coordinator started shutting the open bar an hour early although per their contract they still had an hour left. I have also never seen an owner be so involved in every aspect of a wedding. I thought that was what the coordinator was for? But before the end of the night she had the bride in tears and made for an awful experience overall. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but after reading through other reviews from previous weddings she has done this before. I do hope this helps somebody in the future so they do not have a bad experience. I would have hated to have my wedding night end with me crying because the owner wanted to be sour.

RUN! Worst venue I have ever visited in my life and I have been to numerous in last few years. The venue itself is cute and was decorated nicely, I'll give them that. That's not the issue. The issue was the owner/manager... Whoever she is. I have NEVER known of a owner/ manager staying the whole day with a family, hovering over every detail, telling the families volunteers how they are allowed to serve their own food and how they can't, messing with the cake during the cutting, I could go on and on and on. What business Is this of yours? A coordinator was included in package and that person being involved sure, no one else including owner was needed. I didn't need said owner with her miserable grouchy face in the background of the pictures being taken. Clearly she didn't want to be there since she walked around with a scowl on her face yet she never left. Then even though the place was rented until midnight and we were barely getting started at 9 she walks into reception area and proceeds to start picking up the decorative plates from the tables while were still there eating and visiting and hadn't even cut the cake yet! I won't even get into the fact that she made my niece, the bride, cry on her wedding night. Rudest, most uncalled for ridiculous behavior from a business I've ever seen in this field. I'm glad I don't live in area anymore and won't have to visit it again but I hope my review will help someone else steer clear of this place.

Everything and more!!! Patty and her staff helped to make my weddibg day everything I wanted and more. The attention to detail, suggestions, help, and resources Patty offered were tremendous and helped to make our wedding magical and beautiful. From the decor, the wedding coordinator, the beauty and maintenance of the venue, the food, to the ambiance, everything was perfect. The day and venue was nothing but perfection!
