I called to see if they had an adapter for an intex pool to hook up my larger filter. The person that answered was condescending and said "We dont carry that cheap stuff" and directed me to look online. I went to the other guys in town (combined pool and spa) and they were helpful and more importantly not condescending... I'll be shopping with the other guys, thanks..
