My panpastels keep getting sent broken. I tried submitting a review online and they won’t let me submit because it “defers business away” tried contacting customer service but no luck. Used to love Michael’s. Shame.. Rejecting my review isn’t customer service. At least reach out to correct the issue if you don’t want my negative review online. Or better yet, helped me when I reached out to customer service.

Love Michael's! I just wish their parking was closer to the door. The long walking distance limits and hinders the ability and time to walk in and around the store for people who have mobility limitations. And their wheel chair is for very small people only. And yes I did order the main items I needed and they were ready, but I still like to look for other items in person.

Went yesterday to the Woodlands location and the AC is not working since last week. I asked one employee who looked tired and sweaty why they don’t fix it, sadly she answer that Michael’s headquarters doesn’t want to fix it. I really feel sorry for the employees and for us, loyal customers!!!

This review goes to the framing department. I had two images printed on canvas and she framed them up with the most care and they were absolutely beautiful. She added a hanger and a back bc she wanted then to look clean. I've never experienced such amazing service before. I'll definitely be taking future business to them.
