Amazing! No disappointments at all except you can't keep the silver. Phenomenal people running the entire shop, trolley, and mine tour. Great for kids, great gift shop, and extremely informative and engaging.

We love this tour! The tour guide had so much to share and turned several of the machines on. (If you have small kids or those sensitive to noise bring earmuffs) It is amazing that men go down and work underground every day for products that we never know we use. Our guide was a 4th generation miner! Will go back and do this again when our little kids can remember but our big kid loved the tour!

My wife and I took this tour the second day it was open this year and were the only two in our time slot. Very friendly staff and the guide who led the trolly ride to and from the mine provided a very entertaining and informative history of Wallace. Fast Freddy (awesome!) met us at the mine and guided us into the mountain. A former silver miner for decades, he provided a fascinating and insightful tour filled with details that only someone with his years of experience could. We’ve been through several mines, and this was the first to actually demonstrate working mining equipment…that really made the history come to life. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone with even a casual interest in mining or the history of the West.
