Poor costumer service! Called to cancel our storage spot- a guy answered the phone, he took down our name and we asked if there was anything else we needed to do. The guy replied no, he would disable our access to make sure we had all of stuff out. We said, not a problem, we sold our boat and are not storing anything else. We then were charged for the following month. We called today to ask why they are still charging our account- to only get someone that argued with us about refunding. It is not about the money. It is about the service! Do not answer after hours if you can not follow through with costumer request.

I needed a storage unit that had access for a large 18 wheeler. Affordable Self Storage had just what I needed, but none were available when I called. A week later, I got a call from them, and was able to get a unit. Easy access, clean and safe storage at a good price. Thank you very much 👍

I have stored my items for 6.5 yrs. Affordable Storage is a great place to store your items. The grounds are clean and units. Management is awesome and always willing to assist in every way they can. I highly recommend Affordable Storage
