I think maybe 15 or 16. Not really sure. $40-$50 maybe.

For piercings, yes. For tattoos, no. By appointment only. I will say though, the work is worth it.
Do you think they’d do a second lobe piercing on a 13 year old, with parent consent? If so, how much would it cost?

Yes,we just had my five year old granddaughters ears pierced. It was around $50.00
Can I get a nose piercing at 12 with parent consent ,supervision and identity verification that my parents my actual parent, using like a legible birth certificate? And if she also signs a consent form?
Dan and Anna are pros. Down to earth folks that really care about there work. I've being going there for years and I not sure but I thought Dan charged about $80 an hour or by the piece of ink you want.
