Horrible!!! I work in retail so I know how it goes and they failed to tell me an item was final sale. There was no sign or anything saying final sale. After complaining they did it AGAIN and sold me a final sale item without telling me so they ripped me off.

I dropped 2 sweaters off Sunday to be made. They said they would be ready Sunday. Here it is Tuesday && they sweaters haven’t even been touched they were jus sitting in the counter. Don’t tell someone you’ll have their stuff done && not even have it started ! You guys have really slacked on your customer service lately. I use to go 2-3 times a week to go shopping there && now I go once a month if that. You need to get your stuff together !

Love this place. For Latinos clothing needs. 100's of tee shirts. Quinceros dresses some formal men's but limited. Lots of 3 4 5x clothes for men. I cannot explain this store. You need to go in to see it for yourself ☺️☺️☺️ key words
