In the store the employees are helpful but I am giving it a 2 because it is nearly impossible to call the store and do your business by phone. National national doesn't really help when you need to speak to a local store to determine when a product can arrive.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR AUDIO INSTALLS!! I bought a head unit for my Silverado and anticipated some additional charges for parts to install it but after getting a $460.95 invoice, I decided to look around. After checking w 2 different car audio places, I came to find out that one of the items on my list wasn't even compatible. I called to let them know I had all necessary parts and the install tech seemed to take offense that he was wrong about the one part and then told me he would not install my radio without the parts he put on my list. Even tho he was wrong. $460 to install a $180 head unit and run some wiring is insane!!!

Where do I begin? How the guy at the front of the store turned us away from purchasing a computer or how we were ignored for 45 minutes in the Microsoft area? When we asked for help a second time the guy up front doing the greeting told us all the reasons to not buy a computer I had did research on and could not and would not make any sort of recommendations on other home computers for various things. Our experience was weird and uncomfortable to say the least. I'm not sure if I'd come back but there's no other electronic store in sioux falls. I'm left with no choice really. I should have gathered names but there was no employees who really looked at us

Bro there are usb C cables that only comply to 2.0 spec. Don't get hung up on the details and buy what you want, saving the effort to make this complaint there by saving me the effort to tell you to get over it

I think it would depend on the carrier. if it is a major carrier they would do the setup and activation with you. If it is on an unlocked phone I think you would be on your own and just need to swap the SIM card to the new phone.
