Went to pickup a Fedex package in the afternoon. I was very perplexed by the shift manager demanding me to pickup the package behind the counter myself, while he just stood and watched. He then questioned me why I should be shocked by his requested like I should have had known better that's how it's always been. How could someone be a manager with such attitude, laziness, and horrible service!? He should be retrained, if not let go.

Went in to find children's medicine and to check out. No person to check out... Like what the heck? Waited for several minutes, made noise asking if there was anyone to check out. Nope. This is why Walgreens will be gobbled up by Amazon. Such a barren, desolate place. Btw, Lewis is right across the street, they didn't have the medicine but they had much more staff in the check out lanes and lot more useful items to choose from.
