Nate was awesome, found the wiper blades I needed and installed them himself in less time than it took for me to get in the car! Highly recommend Nate @ Autozone!

I went to the AutoZone at 56th & Highway 2 in Lincoln, NE. If you don't know anything about cars and need a DIY repair, avoid this place. Behind the counter "help" is good - IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! If you are a novice - like me - avoid this place. I had questions about my dead battery (which I bought from AutoZone!), and how to replace a battery terminal connection. I went down the street, and within 5 seconds of walking through the door, someone asked if they could help me - and they did! I know this post makes me look helpless, but I've never done any work on a car. I needed someone to answer some questions about my battery and the connection. I was at AutoZone for at least 20 minutes without any help. Since the counter help didn't seem anxious to help me, I left. Good-by, AutoZone!
