I believe I take a calm approach to life & it’s situations both good & bad . Unfortunately today I was at Wells Fargo to deposit a relatively large check so I called ahead of time & they suggested I speak to an official . when I arrived there was no customers in the bank so I checked in nobody said hello or anything didn’t ask why I was there nothing . So I sat & the rudest bank associate asked me if I had an appointment I said “ no I called & was told to come in” she then said “well you need an appointment” she then said “let me check my appointments to see if I can help you”. At that point some young man walked in & she walked over to him and asked if he had an appointment he said yes with the name of a banker she the walked to the other office asked if that banker could help the young man she said no & the woman who was extremely rude said to him ok I can help you . Left me waiting but then I got up to go to a teller & see if I could just deposit the check she said yes no problem & the rude bank associate came out of her office to listen if I was complaining about her I looked at her & she gave me the evil eye ! Ugh I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for well over ten year & I'm in shock by how I was treated . It’s a shame & maybe it what the future holds for the guest , customers & clients of banking institutions with this mediocre attitude dominating our services. I feel bad for that employee maybe she doesn’t like working for Wells Fargo .

ATM IS ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE!! This the most inconvenient Bank in Lake Nona this is the only location in Lake Nona whereas other banks have multiple branches located in Lake Nona. This is also the only Wells Fargo ATM machine in all of Lake Nona and it is always out of service. Run as fast as you can to a much more convenient bank that actually cares about their customer experience

I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 1989 and never have I ever felt so embarrassed/discriminated against. Extremely disappointed with this WF branch in Lake Nona. To make a long story short, I attempted to make a withdrawal of my hard earned money at this location and in the end they denied my transaction. They told me I had to wait 24 hours because my money was “pending” due to a bank transfer I did earlier that morning. Since the funds were showing available on my mobile app, I immediately called customer service to gain more information. The two different representatives I spoke with over the phone told me that I did not have to wait 24 hrs as the funds were immediately available and they too were confused as to why this branch would not allow me to withdraw my own money. In fact, they advised me to drive all the way across town to a different branch to complete the transaction. Needless to say, after this experience I will be cancelling all my accounts and Wells Fargo is losing a customer of 31 years.
