I've dealt with one goes from many many years and I've never had an issue with them. I find they are more reliable than most any of the other repair shops. I took a different vehicle to Plaza Tire for an oil change and they had me nervous to even drive it a few blocks home. I took it to Ford Groves and they showed me nothing was wrong with it. Sorry you had a bad experience
