Very bad place to go. They should rename it to the veterinarian clinic. Waste if time going. No help at all. Super disappointing knowing you can't get the help you need

I'm not sure if the staff is trained on how to deduct funds from FSA/HSA accounts, but this is the 2nd time I had to pay with cash b/c the receptionist failed to swipe/enter card information correctly. I was told my card was declined; however, I re-checked the balance & there was $275.00 in my FSA account. Please train your staff properly, as this causes inconveniences that could be avoided.

What is the point of having a doctor's office or dentist office, if there is never a doctor or dentist that can see you. Sure you can go as a walk in but sit and wait for hours. Very disappointing.
