Bad place . My mother who lives here had her van towed and they still trying to charge her 350 even though the leasing office authorized the toe. Which was illegitimate. She was also with a toilet for a week . Serious rodent problem to. Raccoons clearly breed here

When we first moved in it seemed great, apartment was well taken care of, staff was pleasant, grounds were clean. Within the 6 months of living there; our master bedroom flooded to the point the wall was soaked and weak maintenance came out dried out the carpet and tried to fix the issue after that the bedroom and patio flooded with almost every rain, our stove caught fire when we went to cook, we caught an adult rat about a foot long in our master bedroom, 6 baby rats in our kitchen, and had our garbage disposal die 4 times even after calling maintenance. When all these problems arise staff didn't seem to care so we took our business else where. So disappointing especially for the money you pay to live there.

We have been here for only several months and so far it's been a great community to live in. We feel safe, only minutes away from everything including a 25 min or so drive to downtown. Maintenance is responsive & the turnaround is quick. The gym is very nice (lacking mirrors, it would be a great addition) but have added some other great amenities including a new tv and freestyle equipment in the extra room. The pools are great as well. I appreciate everything they have done thus far including landscaping & keeping the buildings clean & tidy. Update 9 months later: We were there for just a year due to moving for jobs. We really enjoyed our time there as it was short, but I was ready to move out when the time came. I feel that management was slacking on Keeping the neighborhood feeling safe. There were several incidents that put us & other tenants at risk for our safety. We had a terrible on-call maintenance person at a time of need. Also- Kids were entering the gym and leaving it a mess behind them for others to clean. There was a man onlooker during the pool months that made anybody notice, uncomfortable and an uncomfortable amount of time before authorities were on to him. Hopefully it turns back around to what I thought was a relatively safe place to be.
