I hesitate to publicly praise the Publix Pharmacy in Pawleys Island for being super fast, very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and always nice, pleasant and professional!! But every person I have come into contact with for the last few years at the Publix Pharmacy deserves such praise. Also, the pharmacists and other techs and staff will go out of their way to call other pharmacies to help find medications they may be out of temporarily, or to try to apply yet another coupon I found online, and more. Fast processing, nice people and low prices. 5 stars all day long!

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
