I have called at least 10 times no one ever called back so on my last call I left the message that I would be at their office on Tuesday at 10am. I see how that goes!!

1 is the lowest but I really want to put 0/5. I tried to call this place today to get an appointment. I have to get home early and cut some of my hours since I cannot call them at work because 1. IVR is so sensitive it routes me to other departments when it hears any sound, and 2. I knew they will be asking pertinent information so I want to have some privacy when I give it out. When I called them, it was 03::49pm, a lady answered and took all my information and I was just asking for an appointment schedule, she got everything and after that she told me she will put me on hold since she need to check the calendar! I knew she will hung up on me since it’s almost time to go home, but I still waited. 4:06pm, she put down the phone on me!!!! What a great service! They need to know the value of each call.

What me n my mom did (in missouri) was we went to the social security office and asked them how i can become my own payee or drop payee they asked me questions there at the office like, what makes u think u can handle ur own money I told them I know that Bill's r paid first n then my needs, they said okay n they put it back in my name with out going to court n stuff
You should be able to file for disability. They might be trying to trying to put you on part SSI and Disability. Where You would get a check on the 1st and the other one on the 3rd.
Yep I have had 3 payees in last year.
If the bill is that old it should be with a credit bureau, call the company you speak of to get that information and go from there. Also there are agencies that may help pay that old bill look for an agency that offers LIHEAP.
Go to ssi office and apply
