I love this office! I needed a couple forms and some tax records, I arrived with the Security Guard greeting me and letting me in. He was just as friendly as he could be. There was one person ahead of me when I got there. The three of us chatted and the lady was finish and I went to the window, the lady was so polite and professional. She quickly got what I needed and I was done. I went in at 9:32am and was in my vehicle leaving at 9:42. I used to dread having to go to the Social Security Office bc it was always crowded and you had to wait forever. This Cape Girardeau Office has their jobs down pat. Easy in, QUICK friendly service, and you are done. Was the most pleasant experience I had all day!!

Already upon walking in, they've been a bunch of jerks to my grandfather and me. I understand since they're a federal office they still have to enforce COVID restrictions, but a lot of this seems like overkill now. I would've done all of this information online if I didn't have an address issue.
