Nobody ever answers the phone due to covid they don't want people in the office it's ridiculous 🙄.... And now they're making so different people have different rules 🙄 😒 so I have told the doctors in Missouri to start calling them and not me I'm sick and tired of getting questioned to death when social security is NOT doing their job

They are rude and hateful. They are disrespectful to people on the phone and hang up on them. They don’t like office visits with covid still being a thing. They are evasive when appealing decisions wanting only to do them by phone and then get rude to disabled people. I have physical disabilities that keep me dependent on them and now I’m also having anxiety after dealing with their rudeness.

I think it's because you are eligible for the regular social security that you get when you are at retirement age.
