Last year I paid my elderly mother's bill in full and they told me that she couldn't have a budget account anymore she would have to pay as she go and couple of times she ran out of propane and had no heat and RD White and son would not help her she's on fixed income so when it comes down to helping people that actually need it you can forget it with RD White and son
