How can I get my drivers license number without any type of identification other than a birth certificate? My current license are suspended and expired. I believe the police kept them. I only need the #.

I would call the police dept and ask them for it. I had to go to metropolis to try and get my car registered. They are so hateful.

If u live in KY and come to IL with your trailer, then No don't need plates. If u live in IL it has to be plated. So u should be good.
