14 hours outage so far, not including the 3 hours it was also out yesterday. Bet they won't come off that bill though. Wouldn't be as bad if it didn't go out all the time for no reason. Worst Internet service ever. Wish greenlight was available in Sims.

It depends on the speed you purchase and the area you are located. It also depends on promotions offered. They offer 30mgs, 50mgs and now depending on your location 100 mgs. If it has been over one year for any internet service they advice you to allow a technician out to make sure the wiring is good. This service cost 50 dollars or so depending on the area. It would be advised to pickup the equipment in store if you desire less stress. The speed needed depends on the devices you will be using. There is a seven dollars monthly charge for the device per month and for tech support. To be sure go by your local Spectrum store to k ow what they offer. Hope this helps.

Call Spectrum and go throug the automatic status and if this does not correct the problem the system will forward you to a live technician to help with he issue or problem you have,
Call them because without an account # it is more likely impossible to do.Call Spectrum and get your account number first, and ask them for the instructions and then you should be set.
