I walked in & let the employees know I had two totes in my car. Two ladies went with me to get them out. (I have Cerebral Palsy so I can't lift/carry a whole lot) A separate employee directed me to the tablets so I could register. Once I was done with registration, I was given a receipt & told I could browse while I waited. I did some browsing then went out to my car. Later on, I got text saying my items were ready for pick up. Sold a tote of clothes & brought back a tote. I'll be donating what I brought back. A third employee explained how much I was getting (was more than I expected) Then rang up my two items I picked out when I came back in. An employee then grabbed my two totes & walked back out with me to my car. The whole process took about 30-40 minutes. Overall the experience was good & I'll probably be back because I have more stuff. Update: They really should update the website or put a sign on the door (I didn't see one on the door before going in or leaving the store. Neither did my boyfriend) or have a sign inside the store letting people know they stop buying items at 4:00pm. I've been here twice selling items & have never once been told this. Today was the first time. It's also not listed on the Facebook page like they claim. Really frustrating driving to the store for what felt like no reason.
