No. Most trains are general admission. More important is getting on at the same time, and having same destination.

I would say 45 minutes to an hour and a half or so. If you have checked baggage, you need to check it by 45 minutes before departure. If your carry on bags exceed the limit, then I'd allow some leeway in case you have to repack

It looks like it depends on when you leave; on the Amtrak website if you leave either very early or very late it costs around $30 one-way but for trains departing mid day it costs around $70. So a round trip might cost about $65 or it could be around $145, again depending on when the booked train leaves. The train ride seems to be around 5½ hours long one-way. I didn't see an option for senior pricing, but I didn't get to the 'pay for your ticket' stage either. Hope that helps!
