There is a sign that says something like "DO NOT drop off material when recycling center is not open." I think they have cameras to catch people who may try to drop off material during off hours.

They are normally open Tuesday's & Thursday's from 12:30 to 4:00 & Saturday's from 9:00 to 12:00.

Yes they do all of them. I'm not sure all of they #'s of the plastics they accept though. They also accept glass and card board.
