The owners of this park were amazing! We stayed here a week, very relaxing atmosphere! Clean and well kept. If you’re ever in the town of Magnolia, Arkansas be sure to call and check their availability as they have a full house most of the time. Surely you will enjoy the natural scenery. We’ll definitely be back to visit in the future. Thank you for having us!

This was our second time staying at Magnolia RV Park. Beautiful park extremely clean and well kept. Karen welcomed us back and showed us to our site on the pond. Great dog park and entertaining ducks! We will be back as it is a great stop over when driving home to Florida from our family in Oklahoma.

Quiet, clean and totally relaxing place to stay. Bathrooms, showers, laundry were the cleanest I've ever seen...far superior to any hotel!! Karen and David are friendly hosts who are honest and easy to deal with. Very helpful. We stayed for 2 months and would have stayed longer if we could. Highly recommend spending some time here to relax!

My husband and I stayed here for the month of February. The sites are large (we have a 44' 5th wheel). Our crew cab Ram 3500 easily fit into our pull through site with us. We stayed in site 6 for two weeks then moved across the pond to site 27 for the rest of our stay. The owners are fantastic to work with, and were very accommodating when our original booking needed to be extended. There is propane on site, full hookups with 50/30/12 power, a dedicated to site number internet connection. The park is very quiet and is great if you have pets. There are muscovy and mallard ducks that call the pond home year round. The washers and dryers are coin operated and work great. The showers off of the common room are clean and well maintained.

On the website you will see Magnolia RV Park does have some sites for long term guests. Magnolia RV Park is not to be considered a residence. You would need to call the Park to check availability for requested dates.
Tiny Homes may be accepted as long as it fits the same size limits as an RV. It must have its own bathroom and Kitchen, and be fully self contained. Photo's of the Tiny Home would need to be approved by management. All rules of the Park would apply to a Tiny Home. Being an SAU student would not factor into managements decision on allowing a Tiny Home into the Park.
Yes, Magnolia RV Park is open year round.
Maps says we are 4.6 miles away
