I drove up here from Buckner to get a pre employment drug screening. The email that was sent to me had all the information they needed even the account number to bill it to. The rude receptionist was arrogant and snotty and claimed I needed a form, because they dont know what sort of test I need even though I repeated PRE EMPLOYMENT. I ended up leaving here empty handed because one thing I have learned in 57 years is there is no arguing with stupidity

Despite being one of the last people there they were very friendly! It was a busy day and we did have a wait but they treated us great.

Came here for a scheduled vision/hearing test as part of my yearly requirements. Had over an hour wait. Then the hearing test is just in an office with headphones on. These things are so thin you can hear everything going on in the entire building. I was in the back corner office and could hear the receptionist talking on the phone. You can hear everything but the beeps.
