This place has the laziest workers I have ever dealt with. They have a reason not to help you every time you enter the place. They gave my parents " in their 70's" such a hard time it was the first time I seen my dad cry. My mother has her original ss card and they told her it wasn't a ss card. I went to the ss office and they couldn't understand why we was asking for a new one because the one she has is in fact a ss card. When I told them what the DMV said she laughed and said they work harder at getting out of work then they do at actually working.

No copies for first time applicants. If you already have a valid IL ID or DL file expired no more than a year, than no need for the birth cert anyway. Just valid proof of address. The list is on our website www.cyberdriveillinois.com

The best thing to do is have a family member or friend pick up the stickers for you (they will need the plate numbers of course) then mail it to you where you are. That's always the best choice.. 😉
