Doctors are very knowledgeable and actually care about me as a person.

I think it's ok if you just need a physical or a yearly checkup. If you have something wrong go to a real doctor's office they just assistant .

In short, I will not recommend this office to anyone unless they’re looking for some added stress in their life. When I first started going to Dr Moni I was excited because she seemed to actually listen to me. The first couple of visits were decent. I’m not sure if maybe she got overwhelmed with having a new child or something else, but the quality of care and communication since January steadily declined. My prescriptions were not getting authorized to be refilled or the wrong dosage was being sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy even commented on being surprised how hard the doctor is making it for me to get the medication the doctor prescribed. It felt like a game, changing my medication dosage every other week or simply ignoring the refill requests. This issue went on every time I needed a refill which lead to me having to ration my medication and go through periods of withdrawal which caused me to miss some work. I liked Jenna Stowers, she was always very courteous and quick to respond whereas I’d try to reach dr Moni for days or weeks and never hear back. The other nurses I spoke to on the phone were polite as well and did their best to help me, they were great. I was supposed to get a call from the office manager to discuss the numerous issues experienced but of course never heard from them. When speaking to a nurse, I asked what notes dr Moni had written down. Dr Moni told me completely different than the notes she had written down for me for appointments and referrals to dr tan which lead to other problems. I’ve never experienced so many problems with a Drs office before. I had coworkers warn me they had similar issues with dr Moni and I should’ve listened. If you’re going to prescribe a medication that can’t just be stopped, don’t ignore the refill requests. When you go to a doctor, you expect to be cared for. This is not the case with this doctor sadly. I am disappointed in the lack of care received and lack of care about patient experience. I know there is a lot going on in the world and compassion fatigue is a thing, but please don’t ignore your patients, I came here for help not a hard time.

Have been a patient for three years. It is impossible to talk with a nurse. You get the triage nurse, which never calls you back. You have to call multiple times to get any information. There is zero communication from the doctor to the patient. If you want to find anything out you have to call insurance company. Doctor orders multiple test for the same issue. Does not give patient choice of where to get services, only DMH.

Yes an appointment is needed.
This is not a walk in clinic so they aren't open on Saturdays.
