The road maintenance is absolutely atrocious, the sewer is constantly overflowing ect. Don't recommend

It is 400 something a month for a single person Not rv. If it's 2 people its going to be 600. Goes up from there. WI FI is so so. Laundry is poorly maintained as well as the shower. Bring blocks because the land is not level. 1 travel trailer i saw was sitting on 5 or 6 blocks

I used to stay here every time I was in the area. Mark and Sandy were running things then. They were friendly, honest, and hardworking people. The park was quiet, peaceful, and prices were reasonable. Well, they dont run things anymore and things have definitely changed! Owner is rude and tries to gouge you if you let em, park is not peaceful anymore, and I wont be back again.

The owners are CRAZY! I watched them have 3 alcohol fueled disputes which led to getting the cops called.(I lived there 6 months) May be good for very short term or when desperate for a spot. Your in luck if you like Jerry Springer! They definitely kept it interesting... CRAZY

I'm sure you can tent camp in January. Not sure about the rent. But they offer cabins/lofts for 800 per month. Tho the neighbors are nosey, and the maintenance man doesn't really maintain the grounds. There is also a problem with thieving. Another place you could try, is Arkansas 59 canoe and campground. Or the one across the highway on Arkansas 59 south of siloam springs, Arkansas. Hope this has helped you.
