Horrible place to work....dont believe me, ask around.....HR and management are a complete and total joke. They pretend they care about "People First".....but you guessed it....It is all about money first. Ask about the high turnover.....that's what is the true measure of a businesses success. People dont leave because of the job, they leave because of poor leadership. Do better Simmons, do better!
