I had the worst experience ever with this vet. My pet had an appt with this office in I had called to certify if I could drop my pet off because I had an appt myself. They had gave me the okay in my pet records was sent the day prior to her visit. I dropped my pet off something after 7A or 8a my appt was at 8a I come back to check on my pet I was told they would call when she is ready. From that morning to 1 or 2 I did not hear from the staff or anyone regarding my pet. So upon arriving after calling two-three times in was being sent to voicemail in put on hold as well as given attitude by the staff. When someone finally came to speak to me about my pet they stated she was not supposed to be dropped off because of possible pregnancy in she did not have the vaccines the require to be dropped off her it is 3p so they gave me the the option to give my pet the vaccinations after being ask what was the importance of my pets pregnancy ( if I wanted to sell her puppies/ or is it something that just happened) I wasn’t sure why that was even important being that the vaccines had not been proven to be beneficial to pregnant dogs as they say. Once I decline the vaccines I was told I would have to pay an office fee of $55 dollars for the “ evaluation” in she would not be getting groomed because she did not receive the vaccines. My whole issue here is from the time I dropped my pet off to 2/3pm that afternoon why wasn’t I notified any of this after calling serval times as well as reporting back to the clinic after my own appointment. They knew my pet did not have their vaccines because medical records was sent the day prior why wasn’t I notified I could not drop my pet off after also making their stay aware that my pet is possibly pregnant. Poor service I will not go again
