I bought some baby back ribs, took them home and froze them, defrosted today and it smelled like a dead body, all 3 racks!! Not happy!!! Had to go to Morgans in Mattoon to get some ribs, when I opened them up, I about gagged and threw up from the smell, they lost my business, spent 200 bucks on meat, thinking I might toss it all!!

The Butcher Shop has quality meats at a reasonable price. They also have all kinds of products including sauces and local honey. Customer service is top notch. I have never had a bad experience here.
