I only gave a 2 because the carriers are very nice. I've had so many problems with lost mail and packages going thru Clinton, it's crazy. I'm currently waiting for a package that was supposedly delivered on the 27, according to their status update on the order. It is now past the couple of days wait period the company asked me to give for the delivery. However, it was never been delivered nor have we received a note saying to they missed us or to pick it up at the office and I can't reach a person to ask about it. So frustrated
