There's a business office right in the middle of soulard. You will need to talk to the manager early in the morning, preferably on a non busy weekday. You Will have to have a business license, insurance and its something else for food vendors. I was approved to sell merchandise there but there was no space inside and he wanted me to sell outside. Its a first come first serve for vendors but most food vendors have a permanent space.Just go in and ask for everything you need, theyre really friendly.
