Brainard Landings apartments are so nice! By far the most updated/spacious apartment that i’ve ever seen. I absolutely love living here, and the management is very nice and friendly! Deb is the best!!

I stopped by the office on Friday to see what they had available. Unfortunately, they didn't have any available apartments but the staff was so helpful and polite.

The apartments and the neighborhood look beautiful. However, the apartments are part of a low-income housing program, and the website doesn't make that clear. This was the first time I've ever been told I was overqualified to rent, and that was honestly pretty disappointing. I had really wanted to lease one of these apartments.
