We genuinely enjoyed our stay here - albeit it was just for a single night. Sean, the front desk who checked us in, was so helpful and welcoming he genuinely made the experience worth it for us. We did have to get our room changed because of a Smokey smell. However, Sean promptly solved the issue and addressed our concerns. The room itself was clean enough. We truly believe in “you get what you pay for” so this was just that. It’s not a luxurious hotel with tons of amenities but it is a good place to rest your head for the night. Thanks for the great stay!

Very poor experience. Had to get my door key fixed several times. Repeatedly locked out of my room. The AC in my room did not work, couldn’t turn on the heat or air. What kind of hotel doesn’t have a manager or maintenance on site on the weekends?? They literally told me they don’t have maintenance or managers there & housekeeping leaves at 1pm.. When I asked to be accommodated for the horrible experience they stated they didn’t have access to the pay system and I would need to upload a bank statement… a BANK statement!! And they would mail me a check. Don’t think it’s worth the money.

Positive: The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The pool was nice. Negative: The hotel might be ready for some updates. The pool deck was like a lake although there were teens who were jumping in constantly.

Had a decent night. Hot tub was amazing. Pool was cold. Lol. Overall decent experience. Room was clean and stocked well. Beds are pretty comfortable. Pillows feel like sleeping on a cloud!
