Really and truly. This place is awful. The company is utter trash that treats its employees like they are disposable. The management is overwhelmingly unqualified to oversee anything more intelligent than their own socks. And any employee that hasn't been there for more than a couple of years has zero clue what they are doing. Someone needs to hit the reset button on this train wreck. Starting with the senior manager and his most recent "managers" he's hired.

What is it about the local RVA FedEx disty center? They seem to lose more orders & late on overnight deliveries all the time. Ground, 2-Day, and Standard Overnight is just flat out unreliable. Pay the extra money for P1 by 10:30AM delivery if you want a reliable shipment.

FedEx makes three attempts to deliver your package. After the third failed attempt they will call you before returning the package to the shipper.
Be sure to have your tracking # or door tag and ID.

Yes have the shipper call FedEx and have them hold the package for pick up at the Fed to you. Then you can pick up the package at that location.
