Edited: I want to amend my original review. After some calling around, I was finally able to get in touch with someone that could handle this warranty refund. She was very kind and sympathetic on the phone and it is my understanding that she is doing multiple jobs as the company deals with staff shortages, so everything at that company is running this way. I feel like the company can do a better job of directing customers to the correct people in the future because in all honesty, it shouldn't have been that difficult to get this resolved. Original Review: Buyer Beware: If you are duped into the extended warranty and/or GAP policy, and eventually sell your vehicle, you will NEVER receive a refund. Whatever relationship Wholesale Inc has with Safe-Guard (the company who issues the warranties), there's nothing but finger-pointing and avoiding responsibility. Good luck ever getting someone on the phone to solve your problem. But, hey... if you need a used car with the inability to negotiate a price, then I guess Wholesale has plenty of sales people to help.
