Hi Lesa, we do carry batteries for the Canon Rebel T6. As far as the reels, we do not carry them but we do offer 8mm video transfer services.
Hi Liz, turn your flash and camera on and take a picture with your phone of the back of the flash and text it to us at 252.486.4770. This will let us check the flash settings to see if it is an easy fix or something you need to come in for us to review further.
