I Ordered my windshield about a month ago n twice been cancelled on the day of replacing my windshield with the first time saying that the windshield broke n the second time that they only have one n they haven't received it yet... BS! Its been about 6 months since they serviced my car n broke the cover that blocks the winshield sensors by the rearview mirror n always keep telling me they ordered it n that someone will get in touch with me... still waiting n its getting old that i always have to reach out to get the same answer...

I am so disappointed! I had a tiny 1/4 inch crack in my windshield and really thought they could fix it. Instead I now have a 15 inch crack to the point I’m going to have to get my windshield replaced. I wish I had never gotten them to come out. It was $165 for nothing.

The tech broke my rear view mirror. Told me he put in a claim but lied. I have put in 2 claims. Safelite was suppose to call me when it came in. IM STILL WAITING ‼️‼️ It has been almost 8 months

They should be able to replace it with barely any problems. I got my front windshield replaced within an hour and have had no problems since. And it was a cheaper alternative to going to a glass shop and being charged 400 plus for a window.
I am a technician at safelite, we would most likely only be able to do a walk in if it was a repair and there was a free repair technician, or for a crash wrap on a door/backglass. you can easily schedule an appointment on saflite.com though for inshop or at your residence
I dont see why not, and if they can not, may know of the right adhesive you need. Definitely worth a call.
