My pup had a bad experience here today. She was mishandled by a Tech name Ariana while trying to get her temperature and nails trimmed. My poor pup was so scared before and after she made her bleed, that I had to step in and request another tech.

I had to work I had my son that has autism and doesn’t remember everything all the time to take our dog to be seen I thought my son or the vet would had called me To reconfirm what was going on before proceeding the procedure but they didn’t!!! Dr Dean did a C-section on my dog without doing an 2nd ultrasound or x-ray after being told that my dog had a miscarriage or had her puppies already at home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ When I called just to get the confirmation of the procedure of a C-section Courtney with a C (like she told me)was so very rude& sassy!!!!!! had no compassion Whatsoever about The situation or them ripping my dog open and she wasn’t even pregnant anymore She had already had the puppies./miscarriage . It wasn’t hard to notice that her stomach was not as big as it was when she was at their office 2 to 3 weeks ago..clearly .(. if they paid attention to all customers equally) Sam was trying to help and became rude & sassy as well and Dean the owner hung up on me and told me that I could find another vet to take my dogs to if I did not like their vet &their technique ..& I will no problem Mr Dean(The vet in Lumberton is amazing ) I promise you and that’s where I take my three miniature bullies .thank God ,I take my pets to different veterinarian because one facility care better for my smaller babies I mean they send pictures of them when they’re boring for the weekend they play with them they love love on your pets just as it’s their pet!!! Couldn’t ask for anything more It was almost unbelievable for a owner , (Dean),The surgeon , The one we leave our loved pets with , that’s darn near like our child to be treated like such && be sooo disconnected with their customers & customers pets super unacceptable not to mention this cost me over $1000 if you care about your animals take them to elsewhere Please n thank you Signed Miss McCoy Champion Approved
