I ordered the fish sandwich combo with Cajun fries. The sandwich was awful, bad spices, and too much gummy like bun. The fries were great. The drive up window lady gave me the food and walked away. I had to sit there and wait for her to return to get a packet of catsup. I won't be going back.

Typically I will say the staff at the Franklin, KY Popeye’s are very nice but tonight we drove through the drive through and the guy taking our order could only seem to say “anything else?” After each thing we ordered as though we were annoying him by ordering more than one item. When we got home we were missing several things and that’s partially on me for not checking my order but come on…we only ordered three meals and each one of them had something missing. Just really poor. Maybe they have a hiring shortage- who knows.
