This is an excerpt of the email i sent on 5/20 to customer care that never got a response: On 05/20/22, my girlfriend ordered food for both of us at around 740pm from the Franklin KY location. I had several delays in getting to the restaurant so i asked her to call up there to confirm that i was coming. They hung up on her twice. I called and they hung up on me 3 times!! Someone actually picked up the phone and hung it up without saying a word. When i get there, my order is wrong and there are other customers complaining that they couldn't place orders because someone was hanging up when they called. I witnessed the manager, Corbin apologizing repeatedly to a customer on the phone before writing the customers order on a brown sack and taking it back to the kitchen. It took almost an hour to get my order correct. This is ridiculous! The food is one thing. But the rudeness is completely UNCALLED for. FYI-There are other Cracker Barrel's in the area... Check them out instead.

This experience gets 2 stars, and that’s only because the server was excellent. Aside from that, the food was mediocre at best. We had 9 in our party so we had a good size bill. The bacon was underdone, so we asked to have it cooked a little more. The sever offered to just get a new order. When she brought it out, we found out that the cook was a smart aleck, because the bacon was fully burnt. Some of the other meals were poorly cooked or food that had been sitting for while. I hate to give such a poor rating as the server was good, but the food was not.

Went inside to place a take out order. Was directed to hostess stand. Went to hostess stand and was told by the duty hostess that someone would be up to take my order shortly. A couple of other employees walked by and assured me somebody would be there soon. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one came and the hostess had long disappeared. I have chronic pain, but still try to do as much as possible for myself, hence going in instead of TRYING to get curbside pickup. I say trying because the last time I came to this store, I had, in fact, asked for curbside pickup. I arrived at the store, followed the instructions and waited. For over half an hour. I was having a bad pain day, but still had to go inside and collect my order. After that encounter (a few weeks ago) and then this one (today), I just left. I can go to nicer places to be ignored. I will not try to go to this Cracker Barrel location again. Original review from a couple weeks ago: The only employee I spoke to was polite and professional. The food was very good, as it always is. However, I requested Curb Side pick up, followed the instructions in the app, and sat and waited for at least 45 minutes with no food in sight. I suffer from chronic pain and was hurting pretty badly that day which is why I requested Curb Side. I finally managed to slowly walk into the restaurant to pick up my food. It was not hot, so it had obviously been ready for quite a while. Just no one bothered to bring it out. Or perhaps they didn't notice it was for a Curb Side pick up. Either way, I was greatly unimpressed with this store because of that. And I would like to thank everyone who played a part in making my pain worse that day. I am very sorry I left a 25% tip on that order. Unfortunately, I assumed everything would be right and tipped when I paid for the food. That won't happen again.

Like any other restaurant, they are staffed with only the dedicated employees chose to come in. Given the fact that they're running at 30% staffed, they're doing awesome! We received excellent, down-home, Southern hospitality today! I had the fried chicken, my wife had chicken and dumplings, which were fantastic! My chicken was delicious but I would have liked the chicken to have had a little more flavor to the breading, that's my personal preference. After dinner, we spent 30 minutes in the gift shop, finding goodies for the kids!

No
Not sure,,,that's what phones are for.
Cracker Barrel is a great place to dine. Plenty of choices in their menu and whatever you order, you will likely need a take home container for leftovers. Their food is prepared in a timely manner and tastes so good. I recommend going to Cracker Barrel. As for O'Charleys...I wouldn't waste my time. Nothing to brag about there.
I have seen big truck there on the lot. They serve trucker just like anyone else. The waitress are good with the trucker. The food is good never gotten anything cold
